Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I getting more requests than I ordered?
Sometimes, some of the voting attempts may not be successful. This can be due to various issues within our system. To address this problem, we calculate the number of missing votes at the end of an order, determine an average, and automatically provide you with more votes than what you actually ordered. This way, we ensure that you receive the desired number of votes despite any potential issues.
Example
When you place an order on Xtremetop100, we calculate that 65% of tries are successful, therefore if you place an order for 100 votes, we will automatically attempt 150 times.
In this example, there are 3 numbers: 1200, 2500, and 2000. The order was created for 2000 votes. To achieve those 2000 votes, we will attempt 2500 times. The first number (1200) represents the current attempt counter, showing how many attempts have been made so far.

Can I get removed on the website that I ordered votes on using this service?
With some of the newest technologies we use, we try to avoid this. We'd rather have customers who are happy. A website's owner can do whatever he wants with the votes on a toplist. From what we've seen, it really depends on what the person who owns the toplist does. Uour votes could probably be taken away, either partially or completely.
Will I get a refund?
We look at every case on its own. When you make an order, we will suggest a speed for voting. If you go a lot faster than what was suggested, we might only give back some of the tokens that were used to vote on that toplist. We also suggest that you don't make your vote too clear. For example, you might vote 2,000 times a day even though only 10 people use your server every day.
What proxies are you using to vote with?
We are using residential proxies from Europe and The United States and others if nessecairy.
What usernames are you using to vote with?
We use a large database populated with authentic Minecraft usernames freshly scraped from various online sources.
Can I have a discount?
We occasionally offer discounts during special events such as Black Friday. To make sure you don't miss out on these deals, be sure to join our Discord community where we will announce any discounts and promotions.
What technologies are you using to prevent getting caught?
We closely examine the requests made by your browser and replicate them exactly. This includes saving information such as cookies, IP addresses, usernames, and headers, which we then use in the next voting cycle. We also give you the option to add a referer to your order, which lets the website know where the votes are coming from (such as a voting panel or a discord server). To bypass the most difficult challenges, we use HTTP/2 and unique TLS fingerprints. Additionally, we use real residential IP addresses from the United States and Europe to vote on the site.
